Everything you need to know prior to your first VISIT

what to expect with your personal training package

To fully understand what your fitness goals are, your first visit will be a one-on-one consult. Your initial consult will be roughly an hour long, either in person at our Norman location or online. Our intake information will include a brief handout explaining how our process works as well as a questionnaire regarding past medical and surgical history, physical restrictions and/or history of any injuries, fitness goals, and work/home schedule. Measurements and pictures will be taken (can be done on your own at home if preferred) in order to properly track your progress.

After your initial consult, you will meet with your trainer once a week (online or in person) and will be issued a customized workout plan. In-person sessions will be held at clients’ gym of choice. Plans are set at a monthly basis.
